WHAT
Daimler, one of the world’s leading car and truck manufacturers, was facing a massive disruption. They had to prepare for a digital, electric, and emission-free future of mobility while growing as a business and finding new innovative ways to work across silos, time zones, and geographies. In order to achive this evolution, they embarked on a cultural transformation that focused on activating new values, ways of working, and leadership principles.
THE WORK
Leadership 2020 was tasked with rolling out eight new principles across 30,000 managers and 270,000 employees. We proposed different ways the company might increase awareness and engagement with these new core values. The company invested in our idea to make a digital transformation learning application. We would lead content and learning experience design for the app, which included tutorials, case studies, and activities. It was designed as an easily accessible experience that could fit into your everyday life.
THE IMPACT
The digital app is used from the board to assembly line as a part of company-wide onboarding.
